Vehicle Registration Block

The Toledo Municipal Court issues vehicle registration blocks for unpaid fines and costs. 

A vehicle registration block prevents the defendant from renewing their vehicle registration.

If you have a vehicle registration block, you must pay what you owe the court before a release letter is issued. You can take this letter to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles reinstatement office.
