Payment Plan Information

The court has different types of payment plans available depending on whether the payment is made before the due date or past due.

 Before Payment is Due (you owe money to the court but it is not due yet)

• If you pay a minimum of $50 you will get a 60 day extension.

 Payment is Past Due (Late)

• If you pay $500 or 25% of everything you owe (whichever is less), you will get a 60 day extension.
