How to File Criminal Charges

1. First, you must have a police report
   
   
2. Call the City of Toledo Prosecutor's Office at 419-245-1975 to schedule an appointment with a Prosecutor
   • You will need your police report number to make the appointment
     
     
3. Bring any evidence (such as photos, videos, witnesses) with you when you meet with the Prosecutor
